Feature request: individual submit buttons instead of drop-down

Hi all,
I am writing this as I think it would be a great idea to get the zendesk submit expander built into Zendesk to help with productivity for all. Originally posted here
Due to changes within Zendesk sadly the extension breaks from time to time and I strongly feel like this should just be a thing that is part of Zendesk.
My plea is please either change the submit buttons to be like this for all or make it a configurable option within someone's user profile for those who want it, I find it inproves productivity and reliability on what type of submit you are doing on a ticket compared to the dropdown.

As the extension developer I endorse this, it would reduce my burden to update with Zendesk UI changes without disappointing my 1800 users.

Considering Zendesk is not the most accessible for visually impaired users, I also feel like this feature would be an accessibility win!

Alternatively you can use custom ticket statuses to increase or decrease the number of options in the submit dropdown. I realize this is not the best path forward, but for now we don't plan to make any further changes in this area.
