Onedrive / Sharepoint integration

An integration of Onedrive or Sharepoint as data storage for the customer data with customer folders etc..
I need the data offline to be able to work with it, but at the same time it would be great if you open the customer to see the data in the folder, or directly a link to the Windows folder (probably wishful thinking ;D ).
And in our company Sharepoint / Onedrive is in use and integrated everywhere, so it would be great if there was the function here!

+1 on this one - would be fantastic if we could have a simple connector that can render the contents of a Sharepoint/OneDrive dir from within Zendesk.
This would allow us have better visibility on documents and files that have been incorporated into workflows.

While there is no existing Ondrive/Sharepoint integration at this moment it is worth mention that Sell is built with extendability in mind. That means that we provide ways for a third party providers to extend functionalities by building custom apps and install those on given Sell instance.

Another functionality that may be helpful here are SmartLinks, that allows for building custom URLs based on Deal/Lead/Contact parameters.
