Light Agent Training Material

I'm creating a training pack for our Light Agents, and I'm looking for training videos or a comprehensive training pack for them. I've looked in multiple places and asked the Bot, but I'm coming up with nothing.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Good call Rachel. At the moment I am sending them to the full training packages, and to be honest they are so scared after watching EVERTHING. They really have no idea how to do their role in the system.

I ended up creating a minute video to share with the teams, as it was to much to ask them to go through the full training pack only to be told, you can forget pretty much everything you just saw!
