Ticket forms option unavailable in web widget configuration

Dear community,
I working with a new Zendesk plateforme installed from scratch. My software subscription allows to use ticket forms and I set many ticket forms, my ticket forms are working well with the help center contact page.
My issue is around the web widget (classic).
In the configuration I can't activate ticket forms and regarding this my end-users can not use ticket forms, this is really painful.
I don't understand where the issue is, do you have a clue?

The issue is solved, there was a bug in the instance solved by Zendesk.

Hi Damien,
This could be a limitation for the plan that your Zendesk instance is on, however, I' not aware of such, and have been unable to find any reference to it. I would suggest reaching out to support and having them confirm if this should be available on your plan.
Hope they can work this out for you.

I can't create more than one brand with this Zendesk and I can't choose a brand in ticket form as you can see bellow.

Hmmm, not sure what that could be. Are your forms associated with the same brand as the widget?

You are right, I should have this behavior but in my widget configuration the ticket form option is not diplayed as you can see bellow.
Do you have another idea ?

Hi Damien Duponchelle,
From the configuration page of the Classic Web Widget, you should enable "Contact Form", this will reveal more options, you should be able to enable "Ticket Forms" now.
Once you save, your end-user-enabled forms should be available from the widget.
