Allow fields as trigger condition

Today only predefined fields are available as chat trigger conditions. I wish fields/custom fields could be available as they are on ticket trigger conditions.

Could you explain in an example or two what you would like to see happen?

Perhaps there is a way to achieve what you're looking for.

Hey all, that would be very much needed for us as well - I would like to create a trigger based on  a custom field "seller" = text field triggers that assign the ticket to creating groups based on different seller names (one trigger for each seller would be set up) but i can only chose seller is/is not present
