Exporting Team member list

Hello,

The new team members page is nice but we greatly miss the option to export to CSV the list of all team members without having to use apps like Exporter that require payment. 

It's very important to us to have a lists of our team members that can be easily updated, in order to manage all the licences also outside the Zendesk platform. Is this a feature already in your roadmap? Is there another way to do it that we are missing?

I’m very pleased to let you know that we have started rolling out a new feature that allows admins to export a list of their team member data. This feature will be available in your account by March 16th (PT).

Kristin Palmer any updates? It is now another two months and I, like so many other customers, am spending hours and hours manually doing what should be easily available to anyone.

Hey Tom Dupuche - It's now 2023 but still don't have any definite date as to when this will be made available. 

So what's the update on this one now? end of 2023 I guess?

Coming back to this one as it's currently causing me a real headache. Each of my business units has a set number of licences allocated in the budget, however to manage this we are currently having to run spreadsheets which captures joiners and leavers, but it is incredibly difficult to monitor movement from light to full licences and which role permissions they have (required for information security) - we are looking to integrate the users API into our data warehouse but I really feel like it shouldn't be this difficult and time consuming to manage my licence budget in the meantime

It sounds like this feature should have been completed but I still dont see it, and its making it harder to complete audit requests. Any updates here?

This is marked "planned" but there's no official comment pinned to give anyone an idea of when this is going to be in the product?

+1 I went to export and just found out we lost the functionality, so I totally agree!
