Escalate button that adds "Escalate" text strings to comments

Hi,
I'm new to zendesk and wanted to create a button that users could click that would add the text string "Escalate" to the comments and save it. I have a trigger that watches for this and kicks off internal process that with escalate the ticket.
Any advice would be great!!
