Bug: Using reply channel is not possible with using a macro

Case:

We want to use a macro with a predefined text. While using it, we want to use the function "Public Reply". Unfortunately, only the app channel is able to use with a macro. By using the macro, it will always switch to "Reply on Appchannel". 

Manually switching back to public reply will delete the predefined text, so the macro is not usable.

Is there any possibility to use the "Public Reply" function with Macros?

I think the best thing to do at this point would be to have your developer reach out to us directly, so our developer support team can take a look at how they've coded things – this would be a good place for them to post: Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) Q&A

We did this as first action, but our developer mentioned, that this is zendesk related.

This is probably more of a question for the creators of the integration, not Zendesk. I'd check with them first as it's probably the app forcing that behaviour
