Is there any API documentation for migration from Chat Legacy to Chat Phase 4?

We're developing the migration and need to study how it works all the process.

The REST APIs are the same, though you may need to re-authorize to get fresh access tokens after migration. The Web Widget (Classic) APIs may be relevant after moving from the standalone Zopim livechat widget as well. Additionally, I recommend taking a look though our migration docs and reviewing whether migration assistance from your account manager is needed to ensure a smooth transition.

Christopher Kennedy What about Graphql conversation API? https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/live-chat/chat-conversations-api/conversations-api/
Any chances, anything we need to do before migration? We have chatbot written using that.

Nothing changes there. But you may need to re-authorize after migration to generate a fresh OAuth token for starting an agent session.

Hello Cristopher,
Another question regarding the Chat Conversations API. It seems that when subscribing to user messages via the API, the messages aren't being received until they're manually accepted through the UI after the migration. Before, any incoming, unserved messages in Zendesk Chat would be visible in the API. Is there something that needs to be configured for this to be the case after the migration?

Do you have Agent Workspace enabled? If not, the way the APIs work with Chat should essentially be the same.
