Help adding Chat & Support to Mobile SDK

Hello,
Can somebody please the full script for mobile SDK so it looks like the below when setup on the app? My tickets are not required from the screenshot below.
I would like it to use support, Chat and Knowledge Base.

We can't provide a script for the custom view in your screenshot. Though you can find all of our documentation for the Unified sdk here. Using this SDK will allow for you to use the support, chat and help center within your app.
