Trigger: Based on text or source of ticket

At this moment, Zendesk only allows to create triggers on the HTML variant of the ticket. There should be a option that also allows to make that trigger check the text or source of the ticket.
With this we can for example create better triggers for hyperlinks. At this moment you can only create a trigger based on the text placeholder
In below example I want to run a trigger on: https://www.triggeronthis, which is not possible at the moment, because I can only trigger on "Fancy text here"

I can see the Text or Source variant already in ticket.
In the trigger there should be a extra condition
Sourcs - is - HTML
Source - is - Text
Source - is - Source
