Feature Request: Flag Macros that needs adjustments
Feature Request Summary:
We need the ability for regular agents to be able to flag macros/bring attention to macros that need adjustments
Description/Use Cases:
In larger teams, the common agent does not have access to adjust globally available macros.
If agents were able to somehow flag macros that need adjustments, the Content Managers/whomever responsible for maintaining macros would be able to have this feedback created for them directly in Zendesk.
My suggestion would be to have a "Create feedback" or the like when the macro is being inspected inside a ticket:
The business impact of limitation or missing feature:
Currently, agents will send an email/Teams/Slack message to notify the macro manager and thereby have to leave Zendesk.
One workaround could also be to have a macro that creates a side conversation child ticket, that would be routed to that team.

This feature would be so convenient and time saving. It would help up keep our macros updated faster and more efficiently.
