Federated Search - Show external content in end user ticket request form
PlannedWe have our product documentation hosted outside of Zendesk, so being able to surface it for customers as they create a ticket would be great. The crawler used to gather external content for federated search in Guide seems like it would work, but external content isn't available for this type of search yet.

Thanks for your feedback. Making external content available in the request form is on our roadmap. It's difficult to give you a concrete estimate but it's fair to say that we will enable it next year.
