Please modify the Add-in so we can change the Requester in the Outlook add-in. When a user wants to forward an email using the Outlook Zendesk Add-in, the add-in puts in the email sender as the person requesting service and not the name of the Outlook user.

I'm curious on your use case. Zendesk for Outlook is designed to take an existing email and turn it into a ticket. If I try to read between the lines, I wonder if you are trying to use it to submit new tickets by the person who is using Zendesk for Outlook? As a different method to submit tickets right from Outlook?
