Integration issues with Zendesk Sell/Office365

I have a client that purchased licenses for Zendesk Sell a couple of months ago - They were not able to get the integration with outlook365 setup, they brought in my company to get it setup, but we've tried all of  the options that we could find. We have opened many support tickets, traded Emails with several Zendesk support agents, but we can't get them on the line at the time that we are scheduled at the clients office - why is the Zendesk support team so hard to reach? We are having to bill the client each time we come out, only to tell them we could not do anything because we haven't heard back from Zendesk support.

Hey Remote Tech, 

I would recommend having your customer reach out to us directly if they're using our software so we can dig into this with them. They can use the following steps for contacting our Customer Care team: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support
 
If you have a ticket # that they have already created, feel free to share it here and I will take a look to see why they haven't received a response back.
