Contextual Workspaces Update: Launch of Knowledge Settings in Contextual Workspaces

We're launching a new feature, Knowledge Settings in Contextual Workspaces, from October 13 to October 20, 2023. This update allows you to set up different default filters for specific workflows, improving the search functionality and reducing the time agents spend on searching for content. The launch of these additional knowledge settings in contextual workspaces addresses the feedback you shared with us in the following thread: 

• Remember filters in Knowledge tab in the Context panel

To access this feature, you need to have the Contextual Workspace feature eligibility, requiring a Support Enterprise, Suite Enterprise, or higher plan. For setup, check our guide on setting up contextual workspaces.
