Please revert the change to the email thread order - Follow on

I have been asked by Zendesk support to comment on the recent thread

'Please revert the change to the email thread order'

However it has been closed in July stating changes will be made. 

We cannot wait any longer as it is affecting the way we work. I cannot see information in the tickets clearly. I am having to scroll through things back to front. 

Please can you update us on the progress? It's not acceptable at all.

Yes there is another thread which i'm aware of. However the last update from you was July 2023. It's not good enough! This issue is affecting the way we work. Which is why I have created a new thread in hopes to get your attention as it needs resolving ASAP.
