Early Access Program: Using generative AI to expand help center content

Hello fellow community members!

Zendesk has launched an Early Access Program (EAP) for its innovative AI-powered text expansion feature in the Knowledge Base. The feature utilizes OpenAI’s advanced GPT technology to expand brief notes or bullet points into comprehensive paragraphs. Users can retry up to five times until they're satisfied with the expanded content.

This early access program is available for all customers on Zendesk Professional and Enterprise Plans. Participants need to register for the EAP and enable the Generative AI feature in their Zendesk Admin center to access the feature.
