I have a ticket (#12241443) which I opened on 9th Jan and I'm just not getting any response. It's a simple question and I'm sure it would take like 5 mins max to answer it. Is there a phone number I can call instead? I'm based in the UK.

Still waiting. It's been nearly a month to answer a simple question. What will the cost be if we reduce the number of agents from 9 to 7? Surely that could be answered in a couple of mins.

Considering the nature of your business, you would think that your customer support / account management would be better!
