Can Zendesk Advance Bot generate answer via searching content from specific website?

I understand that the Zendesk bot generates answers based on the Zendesk Guide knowledge base. Specifically, I am interested in knowing whether the Zendesk Advanced Bot can search for content from specific pages outside the Zendesk Guide, such as our main website.
Furthermore, I am curious to know if the bot can recognize content within images on item pages.

Hey Nick,
While the Help Center itself can do federated search at the enterprise level, the Answer Bot cannot do this natively. it has been a topic of conversation here before, so I would encourage you to include your feedback on this post. Flow Builder does have the ability to make an API call, but that isn't necessarily the same thing as what you're asking here. Image recognition is also a function that doesn't exist today, but with Zendesk's partnership with OpenAI, anything might be possible in the future.
