Retain merging user fields after merging duplicate users

Feature Request

The current Zendesk ticketing system only allows certain user profile data to be transferred to the receiving user fields after merging. It would be helpful if there is an option to enable the user fields of the merging user to be transferred over to the receiving user fields or create a condition whereby the merging user fields are transferred over to the receiving user fields if the corresponding receiving user fields are empty.

This will help the business/operations team to retain critical data that were already submitted by the end-user, which is retained even after merging duplicate users.
