What happened to search?

The new search functionality is worse than before. It seems we can no longer filter articles by product. The results appearing when searching are COMPLETELY irrelevant. I'm trying to find information on blocking an email address and search is returning stuff about CSAT, and other features. I'm specifically looking for something I know exists in Admin Center but am having trouble finding.

Hey Judy, sorry to hear that the search experience has gotten worse :-/  I will share this feedback with the appropriate team so they're aware. In the meantime, I was able to track down the article I believe you were looking for: Setting your allowlist and blocklist to control email support requests
