I want to be able to change the text above social media buttons in ticket

This is regarding Social Media Buttons. https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408826273178-Adding-social-media-buttons-to-your-emails?page=1#comment_5300078142746

It seems silly to tell a customer to message us on a different channel and cause duplicate tickets. Please make it possible for admins to change the text. Especially since in German we sometimes want to use the informal "du" and sometimes we want to use the formal "Sie". Or the plural form. Thanks!
