Functionality to detect email addresses and exempt them from the auto-translate tool

Hi Team,

 

I would like to request the functionality to detect email addresses and exempt them from the auto-translate tool. My team has encountered an issue wherein the email address was translated along with the other messages that were in another language.  This caused us to not be able to identify the right account until we realized that the actual email address was translated.  I understand that this is currently a limitation since you're currently using Google Translate, but I hope a feature for this will be available soon. Thank you!

Hi Janine Datu, how is the email address retrieved? If stored in a variable, it should have been exempted from auto-translations like all other variables.

Hi Lisa Tam , thanks for getting back to me. The customer provided the email address through chat, following the usual format of an email address.
