Article Multi placement issue

I have an article to which I am trying to apply the new multi placement feature. I have selected the new section in which I would like to also locate the article, and it is just not showing there: (see example in image) - please advise. https://www.cdsupport.io/hc/en-us/articles/5171357853975-Compass-Digital-Higher-Ed-Portal-Brandfolder

I am not able to complete the instructions above to enable assumptions. This is what I see under Admin Center:

Christiane Umphrey , hmm… I don't see Account settings on the screenshot you've provided. I believe it might be connected to you permission level, you probably need to be an Admin in Support to see these settings and enable the account assumption
