Changing Managed By Permission Issue

I'm running into some weird problems where when I try to change the managed by group, the update isn't saving despite the successful message that shows up.

Here's a video where I select 4 articles to change in a bulk edit - https://screen.ac/2NuoLz47 

It shows that the one article I checked has the group changed, but the article still shows up when I'm using a filter for "Admins and agents" group.

Sometimes this issue shows up when I am changing the article one by one as well.

Hi Adrienne,

It likely is a lag issue. We couldn’t reproduce it. Sometimes it takes a few second until the bulk actions are applied to the articles. Can you please check if the issue is still present after a few seconds?
