Excessive usage of bold text in "Agent Home"

For me I was switched to “Agent Home” today and I haven't tried it before.

 

My first immediate reaction is that the list of tickets is clunky, overwhelming and specifically hard to scan due to pretty much everything being bold text. The requester name, the subject and the preview of the body is all in bold.

 

I've made everything in this post bold as well. You might like it, I think bold is best when used sparingly in order to create a hierarchy.
