Customer Consent to Chat

Every state has its own legal requirements about communicating with customers about recording conversations and storing their information. Zendesk recently added some notification options (see here), which is a helpful start. However, our legal counsel has advised us to require users to specifically opt-in.
We would like to present the user with legal copy, followed by two options:
- I consent -> continues to connecting them to an agent
- I do not consent -> directs them to our Contact Us page
For reference we are using the Web Widget.
