Include a custom message when sharing a dashboard

Quick Overview

We'd like the ability to include a custom message when sharing a dashboard in order to clearly indicate the purpose of the dashboard and define key terms/metrics. Especially when sharing a dashboard with a user for the first time, it can be confusing to receive a generic email from Zendesk with no additional context.

 

Current Workaround

Currently  we are sending an email to the users after sharing the dashboard in order to provide the necessary context, however the generic Zendesk email is still often missed or confused for spam.

 

Ideal Solution

Rather than a checkbox for “Send email notification,” the user should be presented with a pop-up after clicking “Invite people,” where they'll have the option to include a custom message.
