Stefan Jonsson commented,
Currently, we allow all signed-in users to access the Help Center. Mainly so they can see their open support tickets and create new ones.
We're thinking about enabling the Gather/Community feature as well, but I would like to limit it to only a subset/segment of our customers.
In the page hc/admin/general_settings there's a setting called "limit to user segment" that limits the entire help center to a user segment of my choice.
I would like to have the same option for the Community. Is that possible in any way?
The option described by @... above does not restrict access to the Community, only to the topics in the Community. So with that solution, anyone could access the Community but would be limited in what they see. That's not what I want.

Any comments from Zendesk on this topic? We recently switched to the new Workspace and we're very disappointed that you cannot choose in which order things shall appear.

Stefan Jonsson commented,
Got an error message in Slack saying "The configuration for this integration is incomplete. Please contact your admin to resolve the issue."
I managed to solve the issue by going through the installation once again. I suggest you add a section on how to solve issues with the integration as searching for this error message gave no hits.

Stefan Jonsson commented,
Got this reply from Zendesk earlier (slightly edited to remove some account details):
"In this case, I can see that you have a Talk Lite subscription enabled on your account. Because of this, you will see the EC5 errors if your network has not been configured appropriately for Talk. If you do not use or want a Talk Lite subscription, you will need to update your subscription. If you do wish to use the Talk Lite subscription, then you may need to check your network configuration settings."
After removing the free Talk agents from our subscription, the problem disappeared for us.
Hope this helps anyone out there =)

Ricardo (Zendesk couldn't find you when I tried to "@" mention you,
But our organization does not even use Talk (see image). So why do we get these, extremely annoying, error messages all the time? Please fix!

Any updates on this matter? I see this whenever I bring my laptop home and work remotely. It's very annoying, especially since we do not use Talk at all.
