Hello team! Does zendesk have any screen for the customer who contact us to track the SLA of an order? Or is this tracking only for agent?Thank you!

I'm afraid there's no way to display an SLA for a customer at this time. It may be worth taking a look at our App Marketplace to see if there's a 3rd party integration available to accomplish what you're looking for.
