How to control which users have access to a brand?

Hi Zendesk Community,

Our company utilizes multiple brands within Zendesk as different help sites for users of our software. However, we need to control which users can view which brands, as some content is only suitable for certain user personas. What would be the best method to facilitate this functionality?

Hey Allison B. 

 

Gating content behind user segments aligned to your user personas would be the best play here.   It is advisable to create content that is available generically in each brand, however, so your non-permissioned agents don't stumble across a blank help center.  Hope this helps!
