    Hi Jessica,

    This article was really helpful! What should our customers do if SSO is disabled? We have monthly releases for our app, which requires us to disable service for a few hours, and that makes signing in to see the extent of our content impossible. Is there a link like this for the help center for our end-users?

    Hey Genna,

    You should be able to direct your users to to log in once you've temporarily disabled your SSO option.

    As mentioned above, you'll just replace subdomain with the subdomain of your Support account.

    I have done this but the main admin account is not getting access, other users are able to get in. No what I need is for the support team to remove the SSO settings and let us use the regular zendesk sign in function for the time being.
