To reset your password

https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/access/help, where yoursubdomain is your subdomain name. Or use the button below to select your subdomain and be redirected directly to the password reset page
- Enter the email address you use to sign in.
- Check your inbox and follow the instructions on the email you have just received.
