How can I change the language in Zendesk Support for my agents? Does this change affect other agents in my account?

Answer

You can change an agent's language preference by setting the Language dropdown field in their user profile.

To change the language for a specific agent

1. Navigate to the agent's profile
2. Find the Language dropdown
3. Choose your preferred language

As this is setting is configurable on a per-agent basis, changing this for an individual agent will not affect any other agents on your account. The user must refresh their page before the updated language takes effect.
