How can I change the language in Zendesk Support for my agents? Does this change affect other agents in my account?
You can change an agent's language preference by setting the Language dropdown field in their user profile.
To change the language for a specific agent
- Navigate to the agent's profile.
- Find the Language dropdown.
- Choose your preferred language.
The list of available languages is the same as the languages you selected in the Localization tab of the Account settings page. If your preferred language does not appear in this list, ensure that you have selected it here.
As this is setting is configurable on a per-agent basis, changing this for an individual agent will not affect any other agents on your account.
The user may need to refresh their page before the updated language takes effect.
