    At this time, we have no announcements to add further language support at this time. I would recommend posting in our product feedback forums so our developers can consider your request for future updates.

    Hi Devan, It is not about language support. I am talking about Zendesk Talk availability in India. As far as I know it was not available in India and we have to go for telephone service through partner like Knowlarity. Has this changed?

    Apologies for my misunderstanding, in this regard I would still recommend sharing your feedback in our product feedback forums.     Hi,

    We are interested in setting up a toll-free number for Germany (we have an office in Germany) and I was reading:

    German Toll-Free numbers are allocated directly by the National Regulator (BNetzA) to individuals and businesses upon application. You will need to apply for A Toll-Free number from BNetzA and once received we can activate it for you. The procedure for the application and activation of a Toll-Free number can be found here. Please do note that you will need an address in Germany to apply for a Toll-Free Number.
