    Is the 'Visitor tag' field inclusive of all tags (using a comma) or do they need to be set up individually for proactive chats?


    For example, if I want to target ALL people who are decision-makers and a certain plan type (that we have already tagged) and time since sign-up can we simply say:

    • Visitor tag contains owner, xyz plan, 30_days 

    Or

    Do we need to do multiple visitor tag statements like:

    • Visitor tag contains owner
    • Visitor tag contains xyz plan
    • Visitor tag contains 30_days

    What to make sure the former wouldn't only include people with all of those tags but instead anyone with any of those tags.

    Hey Jon,

    If you want to use an OR statement, you'll need to list your tags in a separate condition under Meets any of the following conditions when setting up your trigger.

    Don't think I follow. We want all the conditions to be met so I think we are going to have to set up multiple triggers with slight variations on the criteria to accomplish this.
