I'd love if we could get the UK English as an option for our bot instead of just US English. Is this something which could be added in a future update?

Hi all, I'm happy to share that Zendesk bots now support more languages, including many requested throughout this thread, for example Swedish, Finnish, Hebrew and Hindi. Here's the announcement for more details.

Adding Estonian language to AI agents would be also really crucial for our Estonian clients. At the moment a lot of them are looking into an Estonian AI solution due to that. ChatGPT4 is great with Estonian language and I assume also with Finnish, hence why I don't understand why it is so hard to add any of the smaller languages. 
At the moment I just have to tell clients that Zendesk came up with great new stuff, but sorry, there's no use of it as it doesnt support Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian. And AI is what most of our clients are asking me about.

If I understand this article correctly, the generative replies feature should work in languages other than English. Unfortunately, I'm unable to extract a generative reply from our bot in German. I've both activated automatic translation in the bot settings and added multiple articles to our help center in German but no success :-( Am I missing something? I already contacted the Zendesk Support team but they cannot help me because generative replies is still in EAP phase.

Our product team is actively working on expanding the language support for Zendesk bots, which will enable us to serve a wider audience. Is there ETA for for Finnish language? I noted that Swedish language is already there.

As of the moment, I don't see any ETA for the Swedish language.

We are currently using messaging in swedish and when evaluating autoreply with email found out that this dosent is supported in swedish.
Is there any workaround to use this or how does the roadmap look for supporting swedish with autoreply with email ?
