Why is Zendesk slow when I work from home?

Hi!
We have a question, we have problems with zendesk both at remote work and in the office, in the office we did a significant upgrade of network equipment, but it did not really fix the situation.

Does it matter the number of tickets and information that are stored on our files, as we have more than 3.5 million tickets and related information to them?
