Where can I preview my support request forms?
You can preview your ticket form in several ways:
- To see your ticket form setup, access the ticket form settings in Admin Center. Only ticket fields that are Editable for end users appear in the request form.
- An admin can assume the credentials of an end user to view and use Support as that user. This allows you to visualize what your customers see when they create a ticket with your request form.
- You can preview the changes to your theme. See Preview your help center theme.
