How can I preview the ticket form my customers need to fill out before they contact us?
Answer
There are several ways you can preview your ticket form:
- To see your ticket form setup, access the ticket form settings in Admin Center. Only ticket fields that are Editable for end users appear in the request form.
- An admin can assume the credentials of an end user to view and use Support as that user. This allows you to visualize what your customers see when they create a ticket with your request form.
- Zendesk Knowledge allows you to preview the changes you make to your theme. For more information, see Previewing your help center theme.
