Tagging users and organizations provides you with a way to add more data about each and then act on that data. The Tags page in Admin Center provides a focused place to manage tags for users and organizations.

To open the Tags page
- In Admin Center, click the People icon () in the sidebar, then select Configuration > Tags.
About the Tags page for users and organizations
The Tags page provides a full list of user and organization tags. You can see how
many times each tag has been used for users and organizations. From this page, you
can also delete user-related tags.
Note: Ticket tags are not included on this page.
