General account limits

The following table shows the maximum limits related to account objects (for example, users, groups, contacts, or pipelines) in Sell.

In the table, where we specify an object type, this is a lead, contact, or deal setting. For example, if the maximum total number of custom field definitions for a single object type is 500, this means that you can have 500 custom fields to use for your leads, 500 custom fields for your contacts, and 500 custom fields for your deals.

Note: This includes all of the companies, (including children and grandchildren), in a single company hierarchy. You can have any type of hierarchy, as long as the total number of companies does not exceed 1,000. For example, you could have 1 parent company with a total of 999 children and grandchildren.

Pipelines The maximum number of customizable sales pipelines depends on your plan type. Team has up to 2, Growth has up to 10, Professional has up to 20, and Enterprise is unlimited.

Rate limits

The following table shows the maximum limits related to rates.

Emails sent by an account 100,000 per day
Emails sent by a single user 300 per 24 hour period
Recipients for emails sent from an external email address 100
Note: If the email contains more than 100 recipients, the email will not propagate on respective leads, contacts, or deals (regardless of whether the recipients are CC'd or BCC'd).
Trigger limit 300 triggers total for Professional plans, and unlimited triggers for Enterprise plans

Sales engagement automation limits (Reach)

The following table shows the maximum limits* for sales engagement automation (Reach).

Active enrollments on an account. An active enrollment is a lead that is currently active in a sequence (not stopped, not completed). 500,000

Document limits and file types

Sell supports uploading and storing the following file types: PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Pages, Keynote, PNG, and JPG. For more information, see Attaching documents to leads, contacts, and deals.
