I'm unable to use the Support trigger conditions Comment text or Subject to identify or exclude words or phrases in messaging conversations. Is it possible to identify words and phrases in a live conversation?
Answer
No. Triggers do not identify words in live conversation per line. Also, live conversations in messaging do not have an active subject line unless converted to a ticket.
