Is it possible to choose the location where my account data is hosted?
Answer
Depending on the plan level your account belongs to, you can purchase the Data Center Location add-on. This package allows you to select the region in which some of your service data is located.
If you purchased Data Center Location as part of the Zendesk Suite, contact Zendesk Customer Support to select a region. If you don’t select a region, Zendesk selects it automatically and it may be subject to change.
Check the bottom of the Admin Center home page to see where your data is hosted.
Note: If you use Talk or Text as a communication channel there are specific regions where this data is hosted.

It looks like you've reached the wrong company! Zendesk makes software for other companies to organize their customer support processes. We provide the software to them, but we don't support the products or services they provide to you.
