If spam appears in your help center, you can remove it by marking it as spam. You can mark any knowledge base comment (or community post or comment if you have Gather), as spam directly in the post or comment. Over time, this helps the spam filter learn to better identify spam based on what you've manually marked.
When you select mark as spam, the post or comment is moved to your spam queue, and you then have the option to also suspend the user, so that they cannot sign in to your help center, and remove all their content at the same time.
You must be a Guide admin to mark a post or comment as spam, see Using the spam filter to prevent spam in your help center.
