Llevo desde 23 de junio de 2021 13:55 tratando de que me cancelen 2 agentes que no utilizo, no hay respuesta solo que siguen revisando, no se dejen estafar no contraten,

Is this gradually rolling out ?

Yes, you got it, it's a gradual rollout. It started yesterday and should take about a week. 

In the meantime, you can do either of the following:

  • Search for the user and open their profile.
  • In Support, click the Admin icon, then select Manage > People to find the user on the People page and open their profile.

Is it possible to move the closed tickets of an agent that has left to another agent just  to keep Assignee tickets stats in our monthly reporting, or do we have to downgrade the Agent to end user and suspend account to keep the ticket stats
