Can I change my subscription billing period to monthly or annual?
Answer
The account owner and billing admins can make changes to the subscription cycle. For further instructions, see the section: Changing plan subscriptions.
If you are in the middle of a billing cycle, Zendesk won't process this change until your next billing cycle starts. This means that if you decide to change from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription a month into your first year, that change won't take effect for another eleven months.
Note: Changes from annual to monthly contracts are subject to approval. Existing annual contracts are not automatically approved in all cases.
