Managing tickets in bulk

Hi, 

I want to update a bulk of tickets. The tickets use a particular form with different fields. There is one particular field I want to update for all of those tickets, but the form that I use isn't found in forms drop down list. How do I insert my form in that drop down? Thank you.

Hi Viorel,
 
Once you create a Ticket Form, this should be automatically available in the drop down list. Although there are some factors that might be the cause of why it is not showing in the drop down list.
  1. The ticket form is set to a specific brand. If you have a multi-brand setup and the form is not associated to all brands, this could be the reason.
  2. The ticket form is inactive.

Thank you for creating such interactive user-friendly software! I have been using it for a long time and learn something new every day. I am looking for an option that allows me to open selected tickets in bulk. For example, I'd like all the tickets to be displayed in my search bar or status bar in open status(viewing status). If this option is available, please let me know. I have explored the website, but I couldn't find it.
