I think the setup is in role permission now.

Why is redaction and fully deleting a ticket not separate from each other?

 

It would be great to give agent that are not admins access to one but not the other.

Hi, I enabled it, exacly as you showed in instruction, but only Admins of my Zendesk can see these views. I'd like my agents to see it as well, what a problem can be?

I have Zendesk Suite Team

Hi, why deleting a ticket and redacting is in the same option? It would be better if these 2 settings are separate and agents can redact and not delete ticket.
