I remember someone calling my salesperson, but I cannot find the lead or contact with the phone number? How can I search within my Sell account by phone number?
Answer
There are three main ways to search for a phone number or specific information in your account.
- The global search bar allows you to search your entire Sell account for information you have permission to view.
- Search for the call within the Communication Center of matched and unmatched phone calls.
- Navigate to the section of your account where the phone number is missing (Lead, Contact, or Deal section). In a new smart list, add the Phone number column. Apply a filter to display records With Phone Number in the list. Add other columns such as Added On date or My Last Incoming Call to narrow down the search results.
Tip: If you are concerned that you cannot view information in Sell, reach out to the topmost manager or admin on your account. Someone with a higher permission level may help you find information that you cannot access.
